Se você tem uma licença com suporte valida você pode baixar do site do WRC, https://wrc.intersystems.com/wrc/inhome2.csp 

Não existe mais link público para download do Caché, somente no link acima para clientes.

A versão community é do IRIS, e realmente as licenças de Caché não funcionam no IRIS. A versão Community é free e pode ser baixada neste link: https://docs.intersystems.com/irislatest/csp/docbook/DocBook.UI.Page.cls...

com as seguintes limitações:

InterSystems IRIS Community Edition Limitations

The InterSystems IRIS instance on the Community Edition cloud node is subject to certain limitations, as follows:

• All InterSystems IRIS functionality is included except the following:
  • Mirroring
  • Enterprise Cache Protocol (ECP) and distributed caching
  • Sharding
• Resource usage is limited to the following:
  • Total data: 10 GB
  • Connections: 5
  • Cores: 8

A Licença Community, por ser uma licença "free", não deve ser colocada em produção.
